HumCumber Sandwich-Healthy Afternoon Snack!

I've been trying to eat more meals throughout the day, so came up with this yummy and healthy snack!  

I used Kashi Whole Grain Roasted Garlic Crackers because well they're delicious!


Athenos Hummus Greek Style as I like the extra lemon tang that it has vs. the original flavor.


And a cucumber thinly sliced.



Make yourself a little sandwich and enjoy!


  These are extremely filling and only 28 calories per sandwich. I had 5 for a 140 calorie afternoon snack!
